自古以來女性的努力，伴隨著大自然給予的饋贈，為我們的社會提供了絕大部分真正的財富。一直以來，女性的工作都是個體和集體的生存核心。在各個社會中，女性都可被視為是基於全民都應享有經濟及身體上的自主權和保障權、全民都應有權公平享有部分共同財富為原則進行工作。

在任何社會、背景及種族群體中，都仍然拒絕賦予女性應得的對管理其社會及世界經濟的政治權力。「女人的信條」，簡單來說，上千年以來男人擁有權力卻無需背負責任，女人則背負責任卻無法擁有權力。

這個情況必須被改變。
